18 years and older: Take one case in the morning and one capsule in the evening, after a meal with a glass of water.
Warnings

This product contains iodine

Do not use when known hypervenitity or allergy exits towards indine or any of the ingredients or if you have hyperthyroidism

Consult your doctor, pharmacist or healthcare provider before use if you are taking blood thinners, thyroid hormones, levodopa or monoanine oxibase inhibitors (antidepressants)

Do not use after date of expiry
